David is certainly the BEST plumber in the area! We had a major issue with a corroded and leaking drain under our basement floor (common issue with older homes). Cregger Plumbing hands down was truly helpful. I have a severe leak in my slab and I was frustrated because I had no idea who to call for help. Everyone I called would arrive and took my money for service call but didn’t solve my issue or help me. I put the information in chat gpt and they told me to call someone who specializes in small leak detection. I went by there recommendation and paid $660 to hopefully confirm where the leak was at. So now im left trying to find someone to fix the problem. They gave a referral but they said don’t have the time. recommended 6 other companies. Everyone I called would not listen or help or wanted a service call fee. Went back to chat gpt and it told me to look for a company that specializes in broiler furnace repair foundation leak. They referred Cregger I was skeptical but after talking to the representative and in tears she understood me as I was trying to explain it. She said that they would come out and assess the area and give me a recommendation what needs to be done. She said I did not have to pay for a service call. I was in tears because I spent so much trying to figure out this leak already. Matthew Harriman was assigned to me very knowledgeable understood what I was explaining and helped me have a clear understanding what needed to be done. I was just happy that this company did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I will go with them to get the job done however, hands down Cregger Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling will not take advantage because you just don’t know. Very understanding and helpful and resourceful. We had a great visit from Paul today regarding some leaks in our new house. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable and gave us some new homeowner tips of things to look out for, quick fixes and then he was able to fix our toilet leak quickly and left it very clean. Really appreciated his work and we were able to schedule this morning and he was here within the hour. After many recommendations from friends regarding Cregger, we would also recommend them and Paul.

Knew there was an issue with the drain, roots. When I scheduled for service, the weather for today was supposed to be 40. Landen ran the camera and verified roots indeed were the issue, but not an immediate concern. We talked about the issues of the past few days, mutually agreed it was not an immediate clean out, and with single digits temps set up a hydro clean out for next week, hopefully warmer. Creggars is and has been locally known and consistently done excellent jobs and prompt service

Was troubled with multiple hidden leaks as a first time homeowner (My fault for not quadruple inspecting a flip house lols) and my mom suggested to call Cregger. Ethan was my plumber sent out and he did a swift and phenomenal job. He found the leaks and errors in the pipe system that even my initial inspector missed. Pleasant guy to talk with too and very down to earth. For the mid-high quote price, their work is quality, timely, and straight to the point. Got a brand new shower setup from an old 3 handle -> new 1handle mixer and my basement isn’t flooding with mystery leaks anymore. Overall a great plumbing company, and I’d suggest giving Ethan a raise. I no longer need to throw towels in the basement and I could finally take a shower in peace lmao.
