Tom found and repaired where a jet bathtub was leaking. I have had two or three people look at it previously and none were able to resolve problem.

Paul, my technician, was outstanding! My furnaces both stopped working overnight, each for a different reason. I started calling companies that were 24/7 leaving messages @ 5:30 this am. Pepper (very knowledgeable and friendly) called me back when she received the message and set up an early afternoon appointment. Paul sent me at text at 11:45 and was here in 30 minutes from his last job. He was extremely polite and considerate. I explained what was going wrong and he said, lets take a look. Needless to say he had the diagnosis within 10 minutes. He’s super knowledgeable, explained everything is laymen terms so that I had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. He was very detailed in his work and took the time to check out the rest of the furnace’s operations to make sure everything was in working order. When finished he left the work area as clean as when he arrived. Excellent!

He helped us and explain us what happened, the repair, everything. He repaired the problem fast.

Josh was super friendly and worked quickly to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue! Had no hot water in the house and he found a tiny section of my water pipe frozen going to the water heater. Will use this company again for any service I should require down the road.

Jayden deserves all five stars and possibly a parade. He traveled far and wide, over every inch of icy road Michigan could throw (in route), just to arrive at my home and rescue me from a ceiling-ruining, trim-destroying, morning-routine-obliterating disaster. Professional. Experienced. Honest. Kind. Friendly. Efficient. Trustworthy. Basically the avengers of home repair, but without the property damage. I’ll be recommending him to friends, family, strangers, and anyone who even mentions the word “leak”. Desmon was super helpful! He took care of the problem efficiently and gave me great advice so I can take better care of my furnace from now on. Very glad I called them, and will call them again!

I thought I had broken a pipe, and Ethan figured it out had something to do with my shower pan. He spend alot if time here making sure he knew what was going on. My chorkie would not quit loving up to him , she hates men but really liked Ethan. He is a very kind person. He even turned down my water heater for free because the water was to hot when he turned it on. It been a burn risk.

Josh S was absolutely wonderful. Seriously the most friendly and considerate plumber I’ve ever had. His communication was world class and he worked hard and got the job done right! Desmond was very knowledgeable polite he went above and beyond to getting my furnace back up and running Cregger plumbing heating and cooling got it right when they hired Desmond I was very satisfied with the service. I’m no longer sitting in a cold house and later on in the future, I will be using Cregger plumbing heating and cooling in the near future because of how great of a service that Desmond has given me! great job.
